Tata Decor EV prices have dropped to Rs 80,000 due to GST tax cut
The Tata Tigor EV, one of the lowest-priced electric car models sold in India, has been reduced to Rs. 80,000 due to GST tax cuts. Recently, the central government has reduced the freight and service tax on electric vehicles from 12 per cent to 5 per cent. This is followed by a reduction in the prices of all electric vehicles. So, Tata Motors has cut prices. Recently, scooter maker Aether has lowered the price of its models to Rs 8,000-Rs 9,000.
