Images of the new black Tata Harrier model have leaked on the internet. The model is expected to be released soon. This model is already available in Hindu colors such as Copper, Gold, White Silver and Gray.

The Tata Harrier model is built on the new OMEGA (Optimal Modular Efficient Global Advanced) platform. This platform is based on the D8 architecture of the Land Rover Discovery Sport model. The model is designed in Tata's enhanced Impact 2.0 design. The front of this model is the same as the grille system on the other Tata models, although better fitted. This model gives the appearance of a fully-fledged SUV. The model is 4598mm long, 1894mm wide, 1706mm high, 2741mm wheel-spoke and 205mm floor space.

This model is available in the 2.0-liter Cryotech diesel engine. This engine delivers 140PS @ 3750rpm and 350Nm @ 1750-2500rpm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission system. The four-wheel drive system is not offered in this model, although the Terrain Response System is given. The model also offers three driving modes: Eco, City and Sport.
